1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service to generate, download, and display marketing images for your business, subject to these Terms.

2. User Account

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Usage Rights

You may use generated images for personal or commercial use, including social media, advertising, and digital menus.

You may not:

• Resell or sublicense generated content as standalone products (e.g., stock image libraries).
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the underlying technology.

4. Content Ownership

• User-Provided Content: You retain ownership of any text or data you input into the Service.
• Generated Content: You are granted full rights to use generated images, subject to these Terms. We do not claim copyright.
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds unless required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance or upgrades.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use indicates acceptance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraud, abuse, or misuse
• Are required by law to be removed

Upon termination, your license will be revoked immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes must be brought in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
